Job Summary:
Castaway Construction is seeking a Remote Project Manager/Engineer with extensive experience in managing US-based commercial and residential construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project execution remotely, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery while adhering to US construction regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage US-based construction projects remotely from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with US clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct virtual inspections and resolve issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with US building codes and regulations.
- Report project progress to senior management regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Project management experience in US-based construction.
- Proficiency with US building codes, safety regulations, and project management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification preferred.
