As a Project Manager at FutureSight, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline. We are looking for someone with strong leadership and organisational skills, who can effectively manage resources and communicate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
Coordinate and allocate resources, both internal and external, to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and management
Conduct regular meetings and provide clear directions and guidance to the project team
Foster effective collaboration and communication within the project team
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Excellent leadership and organisational skills

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
Knowledge of the digital marketing industry is a plus
Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools
