The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to join our team at Deckers Brands. Our culture is our strength, and as a member of the Distribution Center of Excellence, you’ll need to dive deep into operational details without losing sight of the big picture. As a Distribution CoE Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing numerous distribution projects and initiatives to ensure best-in-class service to our customers and retail partners. Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Facilitate business-facing project management functions for new projects in the distribution space.For projects with a PM assigned (both internal & external), serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operations on distribution projects.Coordinate with global supply chain leadership to develop and maintain a distribution roadmap, ensuring timely initiation of upcoming projects.

  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 5-6+ years of project management or supply chain experience in a high growth cross-functional environment with a large product portfolio or comparable relevant experience. (Footwear, Apparel, or Fashion experience preferred)
  • Expert level Microsoft Office applications proficiency.
  • Experience with Project Management methodologies & applications, including Microsoft Project).
  • Foreign language proficiency (namely Japanese or Cantonese) a plus, but not required.

$95,000 - $105,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
