Requirements
Your Profile:
3–5 years of experience as a PM in IT projects (experience in startups is a strong plus)
Proven track record of gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
Solid working knowledge of Scrum
Experience managing projects with frequent shifts in priorities and pivots
Proficiency with PM tools, particularly hands-on Jira administration (not just usage)
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets and metrics
English proficiency at C1+ level (international project)
Openness to occasional business travel a few times per year (Germany or Portugal)
Daily, hands-on AI usage is a must-have, not a bonus. This role is for someone who already works with AI as part of how they operate — not someone still exploring whether to start
