As a Project Manager Intern at FutureSight, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline. We are looking for someone with strong leadership and organisational skills, who can effectively manage resources and communicate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and project management
Help track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items
Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools
Participate in team meetings and provide valuable input and feedback
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and project management methodologies
Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Asana, or Trello
Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools
