Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget.     Job Summary:

    Leads and oversees the successful delivery of multiple client-facing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Serves as a key liaison between clients, development teams, and leadership to drive project execution, optimize sprint planning, and deliver innovative solutions aligned to client needs. Responsible for analyzing client processes, recommending and implementing system and workflow improvements, and providing ongoing support, training, and maintenance. Additionally, supports business development efforts through proposal management, client demonstrations, and strategic planning, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to organizational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Project & Program Management

    • Oversee and coordinate multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations.

    • Manage project schedules, budgets, and sprint priorities while tracking progress and providing regular status reporting to stakeholders.

    • Lead cross-functional collaboration with development teams and leadership to plan, execute, and optimize project delivery and resource allocation.

    Client Engagement & Strategic Solutions

    • Analyze client processes, recommend tailored solutions, and lead implementation, training, and ongoing support to drive client success.

    • Serve as primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring clear communication and rapid response to client needs.

    • Support business development through proposal coordination, product demonstrations, and strategic planning while contributing to team growth and best practices.

    Required Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills, and ability to organize and plan work efficiently within set time limits.

    • Excellent ability to effectively communicate project status, issues and information to the client and project team.

    • Strong Microsoft Office applications skills (preferably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

    Experience:

    • 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year projects.

    • Project Management Certification (PMP)

    Working Conditions:

    • Office setting

    Compensation: $120,000- $130,000
