    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Transformation projects for our global customers.

    The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing end-to-end IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Exposure to RPA, AI, Intelligent Automation, or enterprise application implementation projects will be a strong advantage.

    The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, business analysts, QA teams, and customers while adhering to the organization's PMO governance standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Planning & Delivery

    • Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation through closure.

    • Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.

    • Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

    • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delivery risks and issues.

    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards.

    • Manage project dependencies across multiple workstreams. Stakeholder & Client Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.

    • Conduct project kick-off meetings, status meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive presentations.

    • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

    • Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Handle project escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution. Governance & Reporting

    • Prepare Weekly Status Reports (WSR), Executive Dashboards, and Project Health Reports.

    • Maintain project documentation in accordance with PMO standards.

    • Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

    • Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.

    • Conduct project governance reviews and ensure compliance with organizational processes.

    • Present project updates to senior leadership and customers. Financial & Resource Management

    • Plan and allocate project resources effectively.

    • Monitor project budgets, effort utilization, and financial performance.

    • Track project burn rate and resource productivity.

    • Manage change requests, scope changes, and project forecasts.

    • Coordinate with delivery managers and functional leads for resource planning. Agile & Delivery Excellence

    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives where applicable.

    • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production Deployment, and Hypercare Support.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery.

    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery best practices. Risk & Issue Management

    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

    • Monitor project health and proactively address delivery challenges.

    • Escalate critical issues to leadership when required.

    • Ensure timely closure of project issues and action items. Required Skills & Competencies

    • Familiarity with business process automation concepts Experience with one or more RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate will be an added advantage.

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Certifications

    • PMP

    • PRINCE2

    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

    • Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

    • PMI-ACP

    • Agile certifications Preferred Experience

    • 4-6 years of IT Project Management experience.

    • Experience managing software implementation, digital transformation, RPA, AI, or automation projects.

    • Experience working with global customers.

    • Exposure to PMO governance and reporting practices.

    • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. Success Measures (KPIs)
