Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and outcome-driven Project Manager to lead Agile delivery initiatives across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong adaptability, stakeholder coordination, and risk management skills in a fluid scope environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading Agile delivery using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Managing evolving requirements with a focus on outcomes
Coordinating with stakeholders across time zones
Conducting risk assessments and resolving blockers
Producing sprint reports and executive summaries
Maintaining dashboards in ADO and Empower
Working flexible hours to support global teams
Ensuring quality assurance and enforcing “Definition of Done”
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
· ServiceNow Proficiency: Deep understanding of ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
· Proven experience managing Agile projects with fluid scope and evolving priorities.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
· Experience with Agile metrics, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
· Familiarity with tools such as ADO, Empower, and Agile reporting dashboards.
· Ability to work across time zones and manage virtual teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist)
Experience in outcome-based delivery environments
Exposure to enterprise-level Agile governance models
