We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time SurgenceProject Manager in any of our Concordance locations or remote. As a Project Manager for Surgence, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the Surgence platform including sales processes, product development coordination, marketing context and execution, and coordination of virtual and onsite client events. Your primary focus will be to effectively managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of our primary initiatives.

Essential Functions:Surgence is a cloud-based ecosystem committed to revolutionizing the healthcare supply chain. The platform serves as a comprehensive solution for providers, distributors and suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency and visibility across the supply chain. Surgence integrates flexible connectivity and development, advanced analytics, alerts and workflow capabilities to enable proactive decision-making, risk mitigation and collaborative forecasting to advance the healthcare supply chain. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development of our groundbreaking supply chain technology platform.
  • Chief of Staff & Administrative
    • Own and create a consistent operating cadence to drive alignment and knowledge-sharing across the organization with a focus on advancing priorities and facilitating collaboration.
    • Facilitate efficient leadership meetings – own agendas, notes, action items.
    • Take ownership of OKR process management and reporting.
    • Identify opportunities and champion execution of initiatives to drive operational efficiency via training, coaching, process creation and improvement, tools, etc.
    • Manage and coordinate calendars for multiple team members, scheduling meetings, calls, and other events.
    • Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents for the team.
    • Handle and prioritize time sensitive and confidential information and documentation.
    • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including managing logistics, agendas, and minutes.
    • Collaborate with the team on various projects, including those related to new hires, company events, office functions, and offsite meetings.
  • Sales Process Execution:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including the creation of proposals/quotes, PO and contracts to support sales and coordination of long-term supply agreements through to signature.
    • Work with legal counsel on sales related documents as necessary.
    • Responsible for supporting proposal revisions, and technical documentation.
  • Post-Sale Roll Out:
    • Support clients' successful onboarding post-close, including leading project kickoff meetings by collaborating with Customer Success teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely product and service delivery.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into actionable project plans.
    • Develop and maintain detailed and accurate project schedules.
  • Product Development Process Alignment:
    • Work closely with the product development team to define roll out scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure they are aligned with the product roadmap.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to help prioritize feature development based on market demand and client feedback.
  • Coordinating Events with Future and Prospective Clients:
    • Plan and coordinate events, such as product demonstrations, webinars, and industry conferences, to showcase our technology platform.
    • Identify speaking opportunities and secure participation in relevant industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    • Follow up with event attendees to nurture relationships and drive conversion opportunities.
  • Marketing Relationships:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to promote our technology platform.
    • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience 5-7 years in project management roles, preferably within the technology or supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, product development methodologies, and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project).
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management concepts and emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, AI).
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
