About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property & Marketing Assistant to support a Canada-based real estate business. This is a fully remote, night shift position that combines property administration and marketing support responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting real estate operations for Canadian, Australian, or US clients and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Property Administration (50%)
Assist with day-to-day property management and administrative tasks
Coordinate with tenants, property owners, contractors, and service providers
Manage maintenance requests, work orders, and follow-ups
Support lease administration, tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-outs
Maintain accurate property records and documentation
Update property management systems and prepare reports as required Marketing Support (50%)
Create and schedule social media content
Assist with property listings and marketing campaigns
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
Manage CRM updates and database maintenance
Support email marketing and lead generation activities
Coordinate online advertising and listing platforms Requirements
3+ years of experience in real estate administration, property management, or a similar support role
Experience supporting Canadian, Australian, or US real estate clients
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Experience with property management systems and CRM platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Marketing support experience, including social media, content scheduling, or listing management, is highly preferred Work Arrangement
