Position Overview:
As a valued member of our Inside Sales team, the Provider Enrollment Advisor will be responsible for marketing Zelis Payments’ claim payment services to small, medium and large health care providers through various channels; assist Zelis Payments in accomplishing its outreach, relationship, and revenue goals. High velocity sales cycle with a strong partnership with our Payers and marketing teams. No Healthcare background necessary. Strong work/life balance culture with quick ramping period.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promotes, via phone and other channels, Zelis Payments services to heath care providers, including physicians and hospitals
Works closely with Provider Enrollment Leadership in soliciting business, executing member agreements, and maintaining superior customer service levels
Proactively demonstratesproficiency in following up on leads; both new and existing
Has foundational knowledge of Zelis Payments products and potential benefits to end-users
Maintain awareness of and ensure adherence to Zelis Payments standards regarding privacy and company policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned
Ideally a Hybrid in-office role but will consider fully remote applicants
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
