  • Provide coaching and mentorship to developers on testing best practices, supporting the team as they adopt shift-left testing methodologies.
  • Integrate test suites into the CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with developers to create and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
  • Help improve the overall development process, ensuring that developers are more responsible for unit and integration testing.
  • Perform manual and exploratory testing when necessary to ensure feature completeness and functionality.
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving internal QA processes using React Native and Portland framework.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to meet agile sprint goals and ensure high-quality software releases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Automation Engineer with a strong focus on shift-left testing.
  • Solid experience in automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Parker, and Selenium.
  • Experience with Java and React Native for automated test creation and execution.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
