Job Description

DP World is seeking a dedicated and innovative QEHS System Lead to coordinate our team of QEHS systems administrators in Europe and oversee the administration of systems related to QEHS, such as GHSE, DMS, QEHS SharePoint, Dashboards, and others.

The key responsibilities of this exciting position include management of user account settings, generating reports belonging to system administrators, preparation of system documentation, creating training materials and conducting training sessions for system users under the management of the System & Compliance department, participating in internal audits within the region, and supporting the implementation of the management system strategy.

This is a remote position that requires flexibility to travel 30-50% of the time across the globe for the performance of on-site audits and we are looking to welcome a new colleague based in Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Germany, or the UK.

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee European Systems and Global Databases: Managing the DMS/GHSE platform and all related systems across Europe, ensuring alignment with global standards and corporate databases.

  • User Data and Access Management: Administering user accounts, setting up new users, managing access groups and permissions, and addressing all system-related queries, ensuring secure and efficient data handling.
  • Document Management and Distribution: Leading your team in uploading, activating, and distributing new and revised documents across active systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Process and Documentation Control: Acting as the controller for Regional & Global processes, supporting organizational changes and ensuring adherence to DP World Standards.
  • Quality Processes and Reporting: Developing, managing, and generating quality processes and system reports, providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Project and Documentation Administration: Administering projects and overseeing all related documentation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Problem-Solving and Process Improvement: Designing and implementing irreversible corrective actions for identified issues, utilizing established problem-solving techniques to minimize process variation.
  • Training Development and Delivery: Creating and managing training materials for systems and modules, delivering onboarding sessions and training for new employees and senior management on GHSE and DMS systems.
  • Team Leadership and Superuser Management: Leading a team of administrators responsible for managing Superuser rights and access in GHSE, DMS, and related platforms, providing support across European operations.
  • ISO Documentation and Process Control: Maintaining and continuously improving ISO documentation, providing input on document retention, and coaching the organization to uphold ISO certification standards.

Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Expertise in structured quality processes, ideally within the logistics or supply chain industry, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in managing and administering Quality or QEHS Systems; having obtained a QEHS Certification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of International Standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.); having obtained an ISO Auditor Certification would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training; being a certified trainer would be an advantage.
• Experience in Designing Solutions for Quality or Health & Safety initiatives.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; spoken fluency in German would be a great advantage (min. B1-B2 level).
• Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time for the performance of on-site audits.
• Orientation to detail, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and implement creative solutions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
