Earn weekly pay with BDS! As a Field Support Lead, you will represent Qualcomm to execute and improve field execution in sales and advocacy and create best-in-class in-store experiences through immersive hands-on demonstrations of our client’s products. You will interview and onboard a team of field reps, support the Regional Sales Manager in their evaluation of the sales team’s performance, and plan and manage logistics. You will be responsible for onboarding and facilitating the training process for retail associates to help drive incremental sales for all markets. You will lead them step-by-step from hiring to initial onboarding and training. You are the initial point of contact of our sales reps to ensure the team has the skills, resources, and support to successfully execute its strategy.

This is a full-time opportunity, working within retail store hours Wednesday through Sunday to support the field team. This is a remote role with local travel as needed within your designated market. Compensation

$26.00 - $30.00/hour pay rate + up to 10% annual bonus potential paid quarterly

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Interview and onboard field representatives, including logistics for providing new hires their required work materials
  • Achieve KPI’s and strive to consistently meet goals and program objectives,
  • Fully understand the features and benefits of all Qualcomm products and the brands we support
  • Identify, hire, and onboard Market Sales Managers and Market Sales Reps
  • Assess and evaluate team and individual performance
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals
  • Create a culture of recognition and best practice sharing across teams via team calls and our social media platform
  • Support the Regional Sales Managers in following up on daily scheduling activities
  • Summarize and report on field and channel feedback and activities, as well as competitive insights
  • Work with Regional Sales Manager to evaluate and train team members remotely, helping them set and meet daily and quarterly goals
  • Display a professional demeanor while representing Qualcomm and BDS Connected Solutions

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience and Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
  • 3+ years of retail management, field management, or territory management; previous experience in a field sales/retail environment preferred
  • Consumer Electronics experience is a must

  • Regular travel within assigned territory, have access to daily reliable transportation
