Job Description

WHO WE ARE

Encoda LLC is a technology-enabled services company that has spent the last 30 years developing patented revenue cycle management tools that enhance the billing cycle. This technology is at the heart of our services and what separates us from all other RCM companies. The industry has gone past the point where a smart, experienced employee can make all the difference. In today’s world of complex reimbursement, you must have both the right people and the right technology to maximize revenue and timely payments. Encoda completed a private equity recapitalization with Hughes & Company, positioning us to accelerate the development of our rules-based workflow and analytics software and expanding its use to other areas of the healthcare reimbursement cycle that continue to plague physician groups.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. QA Engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts). The QA Engineer plays an important part in Encoda’s Product Development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective. Ultimately, you will monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

We are looking for career-minded people with the ability to see the world as we do – changeable. If this sounds like an exciting opportunity and you enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to solve software quality problems, we’d like to meet you!
