    Real Estate Deal Analyst & Coordinator

    About the Role

    We're seeking a highly organized and analytical Real Estate Deal Analyst & Coordinator to help manage and optimize our growing deal pipeline.

    This role is for someone with experience in real estate operations, transaction coordination, acquisitions support, or deal analysis who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep transactions moving efficiently from initial lead through closing.

    You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, buyers, sellers, agents, and partners to ensure deals stay organized, communication remains consistent, and opportunities are evaluated accurately.

    Key Responsibilities

    Deal Analysis

    • Review property information, deal structures, and investment opportunities.

    • Analyze financial and operational data to support acquisition decisions.

    • Prepare deal summaries and recommendations for leadership review. Deal Pipeline Management

    • Track active opportunities from lead stage through closing.

    • Ensure deadlines, follow-ups, and critical milestones are met.

    • Identify risks or bottlenecks that could delay transactions. Communication & Coordination

    • Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, title companies, and internal stakeholders.

    • Schedule calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

    • Maintain consistent communication to keep deals progressing smoothly. CRM & Documentation

    • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and deal statuses.

    • Prepare reports and supporting documentation.

    • Ensure all deal-related information is properly organized and accessible. Process Improvement

    • Identify workflow inefficiencies.

    • Recommend and implement improvements to increase team productivity and deal velocity.

    Requirements

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • Experience in real estate operations, acquisitions, transaction coordination, deal management, or a related role.

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate property and transaction data.

    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

    • Experience using CRM systems and Google Workspace.

    • Ability to manage multiple active deals simultaneously.

    • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

    • Reliable internet connection and availability for 30+ hours per week. Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, acquisitions, or dispositions.

    • Familiarity with U.S. real estate transactions and terminology.

    • Experience with Podio, Follow Up Boss, REI BlackBook, or similar platforms.

    • Background supporting high-volume real estate deal pipelines. What Success Looks Like

    • CRM records remain accurate and up to date.

    • Communication between all parties is proactive and organized.

    • Leadership has clear visibility into deal status and next steps.
