COMMISSION ONLY ($450 USD PER DEAL CLOSED)

MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS MINIMUM

MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND REAL ESTATE KNOWLEDGE.

MUST BE ABLE TO CLOSE 4 - 8 REAL ESTATE CONTRACTS PER MONTH !

Job Description

  • Successful candidate will be working for a US based Real estate company on US customer base (Nationwide).

  • The Acquisitions Manager’s role is but not limited to – contacting individuals who have previously expressed interest in selling their property through our Lead generation department, Running comparable and estimates of ARV to calculate MAO, Closing the deal with the sellers, sending contracts & other documents to the Disposition department.

  • Successful candidate will be fully working remotely with day shift of the US East coast time zone (EST).

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • This position requires the candidate to make calls and contact new leads and secure contracts over the phone. You will need to negotiate with them and get their property under contract in exchange for a strong cash offer.

  • Negotiate a sale price with sellers that is profitable for the company and attractive for the seller (Running comps / calculating ARV and MAO)

  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

  • Maintain continuous relationship and rapport building with future and current prospects.

  • Manage leads and notes in our company's customer database and follow up with leads daily.

  • Manage and submit paperwork of contracts within the same day while reviewing contracts, making offers, and obtaining signed contracts.

  • Train New Hires (If needed on basic rapport building and handling objections)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Basic qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)

  • Real Estate Acquisition experience is required.

  • Proven experience in buying negotiations.

  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.

  • Highly organized - you’ll be working inside of our CRM and managing the leads and scheduling calls for follow up.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads.

Job requirements:

  • Successful candidates need to have own equipment – Personal computer or Laptop (No tablet or phone) – with high-speed stable internet access to enable efficient virtual reporting. Other tools (system software and communication platforms) will be provided upon recruitment.
