Responsibilities
Organize and maintain electronic records and files.
Enter, update, and verify information in company databases.
Scan, upload, and file digital documents.
Review records for accuracy and completeness.
Retrieve and share documents as requested by team members.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
Previous administrative or records management experience is a plus but not required.
