Recruiter, Talent Acquisition

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the AVP, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter will be primarily responsible for recruiting high-volume temporary staff at CareMetx for its core business Hub operations. The Recruiter must possess a thorough understanding of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high volume work environment, preferably with exposure for recruiting and staffing temporary employees. Basic full-cycle recruiting is a core competency that all applicants must possess. Successful candidates for this role will have a sense of urgency, ability to prioritize/re-prioritize as needed, ability to work with internal customers, clients and vendors. Ability to recruit a remote workforce and manage activities of partner staffing agencies in multiple cities. The selected candidate will actively and proactively attract a quality work force and maintain applicant flow in filling current and future, forecast staffing needs.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Recruiting team to create and develop effective recruitment marketing campaigns and channels to source candidates, including advertisements, hiring events, career centers, and job programs.
  • Recruit quality talent through targeted active and passive recruiting sources (i.e. Automated Tracking System, cold calling, references, referrals, interviews, print media, social media, community partners, etc.).
  • Conduct phone interviews/screens and provide hiring manager(s) with candidate information for the requisition(s) set workflow in a timely manner.
  • Submit and review candidates with the hiring manager
  • Provide additional assistance to HR team when needed and directed by Talent Acquisition management
  • Handle multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers
  • Ability to build a rapport with multiple staffing agencies throughout the U.S.
  • Ability to work with all levels within an organization including senior management/executives
  • Work with general direction regarding tasks to be performed while possessing a drive to succeed and work independently.
  • Some travel required to manage staffing agency partners in key markets.
  • Additional duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience with a staffing agency, talent acquisition office,
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of the needs of a Healthcare company and/or Hub Services organization; therefore, 2 to 4 years hands-on experience in healthcare
  • Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
  • Professional phone and in-person demeanor and presentation
  • Automated Tracking System experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with others.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Ability to present and communicate information in a clear and professional manner to diverse groups and target audiences.
  2. Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  3. Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time in a fast-paced multi-dimensional environment.
  4. Proficient typing and data entry skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
