As a Recruiting Coordinator at Granicus, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic recruiting organization, collaborating closely with our team of recruiters to drive our talent acquisition efforts forward. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating interviews, managing candidate relationships, and supporting various recruiting activities while also contributing to the sourcing and full-cycle recruiting process. What Your Impact Will Look Like Here
- Sourcing and Full-cycle Recruiting: Design and execute customized, full-cycle staffing plans from entry-level to executive-level, utilizing innovative techniques to engage high-quality, diverse, and passive candidates. Implement social media campaigns, innovative events, Boolean searches, and open networking to successfully source passive candidates.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key cross-functional stakeholders, providing effective guidance to aid in candidate selection decisions.
- Documentation and Report Generation: Effectively leverage technology, including our ATS, to recruit, screen, and schedule candidate interviews. Provide weekly updates to the recruiting team and leadership, reporting, analyzing, and presenting data to all stakeholders. Serve as an expert user of our ATS and provide guidance on its effective utilization.
