About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's team (an industry-leading, VC-backed B2B healthcare startup creating an AI voice call center agent for clinics) and play a crucial role in their recruiting processes. This startup has raised over $100M in venture capital funding and has quickly become a leader in their industry. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting their hiring efforts across technical and business functions. You’ll own interview logistics, candidate communications, recruiting operations, and coordination across hiring teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working cross-functionally, and wants exposure to startup recruiting and talent operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders
Manage candidate communications throughout the interview process with speed and professionalism
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to drive an efficient hiring process
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy
Track recruiting metrics and support reporting on pipeline health and hiring progress
Support candidate sourcing initiatives and outbound recruiting campaigns when needed
Facilitate offer logistics and pre-onboarding coordination
Improve recruiting workflows, documentation, and operational processes as the company scales
Help deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from application through offer
Support recruiting projects, employer branding initiatives, and talent programs Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced startup environments
Excellent communication and English language skills (written and verbal)
Experience scheduling complex interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Experience working with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, or similar)
Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools
Ability to work in US Pacific Time, Monday through Friday
