Job Description:
As a freelance Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for our clients while identifying new business opportunities. This role combines expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, and client relationship development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, CV screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
Identify and develop new client opportunities (business development) by targeting companies that align with our portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Advise clients on best practices in recruitment and talent attraction strategies.
Participate in the development and implementation of customized recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally at a consulting firm or as a freelancer.
Strong skills in sourcing and evaluating candidates.
Business development acumen and ability to generate leads.
Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
Self-motivation, proactivity, and ability to work remotely.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and professional networks (LinkedIn, CV databases, ATS, etc.).
Contract type: Freelance Commission
