Reporting to the Colombian-based, Global Recruitment Lead, we are in search of a Recruitment Consultant whose primary responsibility will be sourcing global talent for Australian and US companies. This person will be able to recruit internationally and can rapidly grow within the medical/health sector.
You must possess outstanding verbal and written English ability.
Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting in different countries - preferably in Vietnam, LATAM, and The Philippines.
- Experience effectively managing the end-to-end recruitment process for software engineers, medical writers, and digital and marketing roles preferably in the health/medical industry.
- Strong experience in achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Demonstrated experience working in competitive markets, where proactive sourcing, continual talent management, and effective headhunting are priorities.
- Demonstrate a track record of working in a rapidly evolving, high-growth, and exceptionally agile international company.
- Great attention to detail, with an intrinsic drive to always improve, achieve the highest output quality, and never settle for average.
