We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support recruiting operations and help create a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience across an AI-native healthcare platform. You will own interview scheduling, candidate communications, recruiting process coordination, and candidate sourcing across onshore and offshore markets.
This is a hands-on coordination role. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to ensure interviews are scheduled efficiently, communication is clear, and the recruiting process runs without friction. If you are detail-oriented, highly responsive, and take ownership of the process without being chased, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Recruiting Coordination
Own end-to-end interview scheduling across candidates, interviewers, recruiters, and hiring managers
Manage candidate communications including availability requests, confirmations, reschedules, and follow-ups
Ensure interviewers have accurate calendar invites, interview details, and candidate materials ahead of every interview
Monitor schedules and resolve conflicts, cancellations, and last-minute changes without dropping the ball
Keep Ashby records and interview stages accurate and up to date at all times
Coordinate quickly in Slack to keep stakeholders aligned and the process moving
Process and Operations
Help document and improve recruiting workflows as the team scales
Support updates to interview plans, templates, and candidate communication processes
Identify opportunities to reduce scheduling friction and improve team alignment
Maintain consistency and accuracy across Ashby, calendars, and Slack updates
Sourcing
Source candidates across onshore and offshore markets for active roles
Build and manage pipelines from initial outreach through recruiter handoff
Track sourcing activity and candidate responses in Ashby and coordinate follow-ups with recruiters
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, administrative coordination, or a similar role
Demonstrated sourcing experience across both onshore and offshore candidate pools including building pipelines and conducting outreach
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable learning and working in a modern ATS; prior Ashby experience is a plus but not a requirement
Comfortable using Slack for internal communication and day-to-day coordination
Calm and professional when handling last-minute changes or scheduling conflicts
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through on both explicit and implicit commitments
Nice to Have
Experience supporting technical or startup recruiting
Familiarity with interview loops, onsite coordination, and hiring team communications
Experience creating or improving recruiting process documentation
Prior experience working inside Ashby
