About the Role
We are currently seeking several recruiter roles, both junior and senior, to join our client's team and support all Talent Acquisition efforts for their business.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and contacting potential applicants who fit the search criteria.
Read and reply to LinkedIn messages in a timely manner.
Publishing job posts on various recruitment platforms.
Screening incoming applicants and moving them through the pipeline.
Conducting interviews, taking and organizing interview notes.
Keeping ATS and department admin folders up to date.
Complete and submit reports and metrics.
Other administrative activities related to the role. Requirements
Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
At least 1 year of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably remote.
Experience in recruiting permanent roles.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
Construction or Restauration experience preferred.
Experience in recruiting sales roles preferred. Benefits
