OVERVIEW
Regional Coordinators oversee the standards of care and protocols of comprehensive case management services to eligible foreign-national victims of human trafficking through training and technical assistance (TTA), monitoring, and outreach focusing on their designated ACF Region. This position reports to the Regional Coordination Supervisor. This position must report in-person to the USCRI office in San Diego, CA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as first point of contact for designated regional area(s) and provide ongoing training and technical assistance, outreach, and referrals to survivors, service providers, and other stakeholders that work with victims of trafficking as part of the day to day program operations;
- Oversee the programmatic Service Delivery Protocol for comprehensive case management services to eligible foreign-national victims of trafficking;
- Cultivate, establish and maintain relationships with partners, external stakeholders, and support survivor engagement efforts and case management services;
- Conduct monitoring and desk audits to evaluate the quality of case management services being provided to qualified participants and ensure efficient funding allocation;
- Assess need for partner agency training and schedule and coordinate trainings as necessary;
- Coordinate data collection and contribute to the analysis and reporting of programmatic outcomes;
- Assist with capacity building and provide related targeted TTA support;
- Coordinate and participate in regional meetings, trainings, events, and anti-trafficking task forces on issues relevant to serving trafficking victims and lead presentations as needed;
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Master's degree in the areas of health and social services, international affairs and/or immigration policy, trauma-informed and responsive care, with related technical assistance and training a plus, OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least three years’ experience in these related fields is required;
- Experience working with Unaccompanied Children, victims of trafficking and/or related programs aiming to increase access to critical resources for immigrant and underserved populations is preferred;
- Experience in program monitoring, evaluation, and training (design, instruction, measurement of training effects) are a plus;
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office is required;
- Ability to work both as a team member and independently, with a high level of self-motivation, flexibility to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with providers, partners, and survivors of diverse backgrounds;
- Foreign language ability is desirable, and individuals of culturally diverse and/or underrepresented backgrounds, including survivor leaders, are encouraged to apply;
- Ability to travel domestically as required; and

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- Satisfactory completion of USCRI’s Orientation and Training;
- Satisfactory completion of programmatic training on an annual basis;
- Complete additional training as identified by supervisor or Human Resources.
