Incredible opportunity for a proven sales leader to join the best private lender in the industry as our next Regional Manager for our outside Business Development team. In this highly visible Leadership position, you will be responsible for leading and growing an outside business development team of highly skilled and seasoned loan originators. Every day will be different and you’ll be challenged to think critically about opportunities to grow and expand our already tremendous position in the industry. You will be expected to be a thought leader who thrives working in a challenging industry and driving a team to new heights. You’ll be an engaging leader who can motivate and lead a team, and work closely with peers to grow the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will expand on your already phenomenal skill set to become an expert on all things single family and multifamily investment property related, from large single family rental portfolio’s, to build for rent developments, to multifamily value add projects. Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of proven expertise as a leader of mortgage loan originators
  • Deep knowledge of the mortgage industry (preferably within the Single Family Investment and/or Multifamily Investment property space)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
