Responsibilities:
- Conduct Remote Client Consultations: Meet with clients via Zoom to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and provide information about various solutions, including policy features, coverage options, and premium costs.
- Provide Customer Service: Offer ongoing support to policyholders by addressing inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims processing.
- Foster Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through periodic follow-ups to review needs, update policies, and address any changes.
- Uphold Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies by keeping accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
