Primary Responsibilities

  • Host Virtual Consultations: Conduct Zoom meetings with individuals and families to discuss their insurance needs.
  • Guide Clients Through Enrollment: Provide advice and assistance throughout the enrollment process.
  • Answer Client Inquiries: Address questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document client interactions and keep detailed enrollment notes.
