JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a remote customer support assistant to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing accurate information and solutions.
Documentation: Maintain and update customer records in the company’s database.
