About the Role
As a Junior Accounts Receivable Representative, you will support customers and insurance professionals through payment-related communication and account coordination in a fully remote environment. This role is essential to maintaining accurate account records, assisting with invoice inquiries, and helping ensure timely payment collection.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to unpaid invoices and account support
Collect payments from homeowners and insurance companies
Assist customers with invoice questions, payment updates, and account inquiries
Document customer communication and account updates across multiple CRM systems
Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities
Support account resolution efforts through professional and timely communication
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and payment processing
Contribute to a positive and efficient remote team environment Requirements
Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to think independently and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning and using multiple CRM systems and software platforms
Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated while working remotely
