JOB TITLE: Customer Support Officer/Administrative Assistant

AnAdmin + Customer Support Virtual Assistant (VA) in the immigration/law fieldsupports lawyers, paralegals, and clients by handling administrative tasks andproviding front-line customer service.
Responsibilities:
1.Administrative Support
Manageemails, calendars, and appointments
Organizeand maintain client records and legal documents
Prepareand format immigration forms (e.g., visa applications, petitions)
Dataentry into CRM or case management systems
·Scheduleconsultations and follow-ups
2.Customer Support (non-voice)
Respondto client inquiries via email and chat
Guideclients on document requirements and next steps
Handlecomplaints or concerns professionally
Ensurea smooth onboarding process for new clients
3.Immigration-Specific Tasks
Assistin document collection (passports, IDs, proof of funds, etc.)
Trackapplication deadlines and submission timelines
Coordinatewith clients for missing or incomplete requirements
Maintainconfidentiality of sensitive legal information
Qualifications:
Backgroundin immigration, legal services, or BPOis a strong advantage
Experienceusing tools like: Case management software (Clio, MyCase, etc.)
·Knowledgeablein using Microsoft teams
Previousexperience in a similar role (preferred)
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
Highattention to detail (very important in legal documents)
·Organized
·Punctualand driven.
