Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage with Clients Remotely – Conduct virtual meetings to assess clients' financial needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Guide Clients Through Enrollment – Offer expert guidance throughout the enrollment process.
  • Respond to Client Inquiries – Address questions with clarity, professionalism, and care.
  • Collaborate with Team Members – Work closely with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups.
  • Maintain Detailed Records – Accurately document client interactions and manage enrollment activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written skills to connect effectively with clients.
  • Attention to Detail – Organizational skills to manage documentation and client records with accuracy.
  • Ability to Work Independently – Self-motivated and skilled at managing your time effectively.
  • Sales or Customer Service Experience – Preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Technology – Familiar with Zoom, Google Drive, and other virtual tools.
  • Adaptability – Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Reliable Home Setup – Must have a Windows laptop/PC, stable internet access, and a functioning camera.
