Remote Marketing Manager (Lead Generation - SaaS)

Extenteam is currently looking for a Remote Marketing Manager (Lead Generation) to join our growing organization and undertake the following tasks:

Position Overview:**

As the Marketing Manager (Lead Generation), you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through

the development and execution of marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing

lead generation campaigns, utilizing a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels. This role requires a

creative and data-driven professional who can develop and optimize campaigns to attract and convert potential

customers.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue

growth.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings, target audience, and market

positioning.

 Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social

media, and other relevant channels.

 Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize results.

 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.

 Build and maintain a strong sales funnel by generating high-quality leads and nurturing them through various

stages.

 Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and contribute to the

achievement of revenue targets.

 Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective and

competitive.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a focus on lead generation in the SaaS industry.

 Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.

 Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.

 Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Native Spanish speaker with excellent English language skills.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

- Internet speed minimum 30mbps

- i5 8th Gen or higher

• Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
  - Minimum of 8 GB RAM
  - Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
  - Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
  - Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
