Manage priorities, deadlines, and group formation, coordinating the team and maintaining active communication with other departments.
Analyze and improve processes, systems, and workflows.
Lead, train, and develop the team.
Oversee customer service, handling changes, cancellations, and special requests.
Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating rates and terms.
Monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports, and oversee operations and emergencies during the trip at the destination
