The Patient Navigator owns two phases of the patient journey. On the front end, they pick up inbound calls, lead pre-scheduled 15-minute video intro calls, screen for financing readiness and benefits eligibility, and book qualified patients for clinical consultations.
Inbound Call Management & Front-End Patient Screening
Pick up inbound calls at a 90–95% rate during business hours
Attend 100% of pre-scheduled 15-minute video intro calls with potential patients
Screen patients using structured financing-readiness and benefits-eligibility questions
Educate potential patients on the client's non-surgical procedure offering in an educational, rapport-driven manner
Book qualified patients for clinical consultations with nurse practitioners
Post-Consultation Warm Handoff & Closing Support
Join the last 10 minutes of medical consultations conducted by nurse practitioners
Walk patients through next steps, payment logistics, and financing options
Schedule follow-up calls for patients with outstanding questions
Drive conversion from warm handoff to final payment and closing
Documentation, Systems & Metrics Tracking
Document all patient interactions in the company's EHR system (calls, texts, scheduling)
Maintain HIPAA-compliant workflows and data-handling protocols
Track consultation booking rate and warm-handoff close rate from Day 1
Collaborate with the team via Google Workspace (Google Chat as primary channel)
Must-Have
2+ years of US healthcare experience in a patient-facing role (intake, coordination, scheduling, patient services, telehealth support, or clinical)
Hands-on experience handling high-volume inbound patient calls and conducting scheduled video-based patient conversations
Demonstrated experience discussing payment, financing, or cost options directly with patients or customers
Proven experience working US business hours (ET/CT), including shift-based coverage
Proficiency with Google Workspace and EMR/EHR or comparable healthcare scheduling platforms
Ability to work on a MacBook within HIPAA-compliant workflows
C1+ English (CEFR) with a neutral accent for US patient-facing phone and video communication
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to GLP-1 programs, medical weight loss, bariatric, or obesity care patient populations
Spanish fluency in addition to English
RN, LPN, or other clinical credentials
Experience at a telehealth platform or cash-pay elective medical practice
Prior Sunday or non-traditional shift coverage experience
Location: Central Luzon, Central Visayas, Mimaropa, Mexico City, Lima, Bogotá (LATAM or Philippines)
Schedule: US Timezone (Flexible) | Staggered 9-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM ET, transitioning to Sunday–Thursday coverage post-ramp
