Strong candidates may have:
Completed PhD in Physics

Graduate degree or advanced research background from a strong academic program in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Western Europe
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail and ability to follow complex technical instructions
