We are seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Practice Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings for practitioners.

  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients via email and phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about services.

  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with all privacy regulations and internal policies.

  • Billing and Invoicing: Assist with preparing invoices and processing payments, ensuring timely collection of fees and accurate bookkeeping.
