This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on private equity analysis, deal evaluation workflows, financial model review, market and TAM assessment, investment summary preparation, due diligence material review, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their private equity experience to review investment scenarios, evaluate analytical outputs, synthesize deal materials, and provide structured feedback based on real-world investment workflows.

Private Equity Analysis & Financial Modeling
Review or develop financial models, investment analyses, deal summaries, and returns-oriented materials
Evaluate model logic, assumptions, outputs, and supporting analysis for clarity, consistency, and investment relevance
Support review of investment memos, analysis summaries, business cases, and deal-related materials
Identify gaps in analysis, unsupported assumptions, unclear conclusions, or areas requiring stronger investment reasoning Market Sizing, TAM & Due Diligence Review
Conduct or review market sizing, TAM analysis, competitive positioning, company research, and industry analysis
Evaluate business models, revenue drivers, growth opportunities, market dynamics, and investment risks
Review CIM materials, diligence summaries, company profiles, and supporting investment documents
Synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, memos, or structured evaluation outputs Deal Workflow & Investment Material Review
Support deal sourcing workflows, target screening, investment thesis development, and opportunity evaluation
Review materials involving NDA intake, deal documentation, diligence organization, and transaction-related workflows
Assess whether investment materials are clear, well-structured, commercially relevant, and supported by appropriate evidence
Prepare clear written feedback based on private equity judgment and structured evaluation criteria Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
At least 2 years of experience in private equity, growth equity, venture capital, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a closely related investment role
Experience at a top private equity firm, investment platform, advisory firm, transaction team, or comparable finance environment
Strong financial modeling, market analysis, and written communication skills
Experience preparing or reviewing investment memos, financial models, CIM materials, diligence summaries, company profiles, or market analyses
Comfort working independently with complex, ambiguous, or fast-moving investment materials
Strong judgment when evaluating investment logic, market opportunity, business quality, and deal risks
Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment Educational Background
A degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, mathematics, engineering, or a related analytical field is helpful
Professional experience in private equity, investment banking, growth equity, venture capital, corporate development, transaction advisory, or strategic finance is highly relevant
Equivalent practical experience with financial modeling, investment analysis, deal sourcing, due diligence, or company and industry research may also be valuable Nice to Have
Experience with financial modeling, LBO analysis, valuation, market sizing, TAM analysis, investment memos, or diligence workstreams
Familiarity with CIM creation, due diligence materials, NDA intake, deal documentation, or investment process workflows

Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, investment memos, pitch materials, market research, and business presentation materials

Expected commitment of at least 10 hours per week depending on project availability
Minimum four-week engagement depending on project scope, with potential extension or rotation to similar future opportunities
Competitive rates up to $120 per hour depending on expertise and project scope
