[REMOTE] Reliability Sales Engineer (condition monitoring/vibration analysis) Description

Our global client is looking for a Reliability Sales Engineer to join their team in the US. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work with clients to provide patented, industry-leading technology and solutions for increased operational reliability in their facilities. Because they have tremendous growth on the horizon, 50% of your time will be spent hunting new business while nurturing long-term, stable existing accounts. A background in vibration analysis and condition monitoring is a must to be chosen for this role. Whether you have sales experience or hands-on field experience, you must be a natural relationship builder with a strong technical aptitude to be successful. You’ll benefit from training and working out of their US headquarters with their sales leader who has over 20 years of experience and is excited to act as a mentor and ongoing resource to ease your transition. [REMOTE] Reliability Sales Engineer (condition monitoring/vibration analysis) Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline by hunting new business
    • Support distributors, manufacturer reps, resellers, and solution providers
    • Prepare monthly reports detailing ongoing projects and sales activities
    • Travel to onsite sales meetings and schedule remote sales calls
    • Advance accounts by reviewing ongoing needs and upselling
    • Oversee after-sales technical assistance
    • Provide product and vibration analysis training
    • Develop engaging technical presentations
    • Contribute customer case studies and news stories per year
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

[REMOTE] Reliability Sales Engineer (condition monitoring/vibration analysis) Qualifications

  • 4+ years of vibration analysis/conditioning monitoring experience required
    • Background in sales or strong desire to transition into sales required
    • 25% domestic travel with some overnights and annual international travel required
