Job Description

Extenteam is currently looking for a Remote Sales Development Representative (Appointment Setter) to join our growing organization and undertake the following tasks:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team. You play a crucial role in the sales process by initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their needs, and setting up appointments or demonstrations for the sales team. This role requires a proactive and results-driven approach to identify and nurture prospects, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Outreach:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, and social media to identify potential leads.
  • Research and gather information on target companies and decision-makers to tailor outreach efforts.
  1. Lead Qualification:
  • Engage with prospects to assess their needs and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand ideal customer profiles and target industries.
  1. Appointment Setting:
  • Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales representatives.
  1. Communication and Relationship Building:
  • Articulate the value proposition of the company's products or services to prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  1. Sales Technology Utilization:
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools (HubSpot) to track and manage leads, activities, and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
  1. Performance Metrics:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and lead quality.

Must haves:

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills. No exceptions. This position will be communicating via all mediums.

  • Tech Savvy – Can learn technology and software quickly
  • CRM Software Experience – HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce, or another CRM tool.

Nice to haves:

  • Vacation rental industry experience
  • Common knowledge of the VR/STR industry

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps

- At least i5

- 8th Gen or higher

- Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher

- Minimum of 8 GB RAM

- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
- Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
