The Senior Project Manager manages and coordinates all aspects of customer programs while achieving operational and financial targets for large sized divisional customers. The Senior Project Manager may be required to lead and manage both large sized divisional programs, as well as programs requiring multidivisional collaboration while navigating at a higher level of executive management with the client as well as internally.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all phases of the project/program, including RFP, order confirmations, sales orders, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery and installation
Develop and manage critical project/program timelines by first obtaining customer approval for said timelines and monitoring the process through to completion providing updates and adjustments where necessary
Review and approve all design/detail architectural fixture drawings prior to release to customer
Actively manage customer inventories and re-orders
Monitor production of project through both physical review of work in process and through review of labor and costing report data.
Aid in development of corrective actions where needed
Assist in managing finished good inventory related to assigned customer
Support estimating and costing of programs, including the participation in cost reduction programs
Pursue revenue and gross margin growth in partnership with Sales and Operations
Collaborate with multidivisional teams and international vendors in order to meet customer's needs while maintaining Quality and Cost Savings as a priortiy

Knowledgeable of competitor's capabilities, capacities, core competencies and weaknesses
Knowledgeable of all idX division's capabilities and must have the ability to effectively communicate these to clients in order to promote idX
May be required to oversee Project Administrators and Project Coordinators and Junior Level Project Managers
May be required to be involved in the recruiting process by training staff, evaluating employee performance, and recommending promotions, transfers and disciplinary action
Ability to travel to clients, vendors, jobsites and partner divisionals to professional represent and make competent decisions that benefit idX
Qualifications
10+ years working in a Project Management capacity, preferably in the consumer environments industry (fast food store fixtures)
Must have a proven ability to create and maintain spreadsheets utilizing MS Office Programs such as Work and Excel
An understanding of ERP fundamentals
Architectural/Interior Design technical knowledge expertise
Must be able to work independently while multi-tasking
Ability to express oneself professionally utilizing both verbal and written communications
Organizational skills and a team player mentality is critical

Exposure working on multimillion dollar accounts in a support capacity
Proven ability to lead large sized programs from concept through to completion
Proven ability to lead and successfully manage programs across various geographic areas
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a project management team, including project coordinators and Project Managers 1 and 2
Compensation & Benefit Information
Salary Pay Range: $75,000 - 90,000 annually dependent on experience*
*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
Bonus/Incentive Pay
