The Matian Firm, APC, is expanding its legal team, and is actively seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Remote Time Off Requests Legal Assistant. Candidates must have excellent client-service attitude and case management skills. At least 2 years of HR/admin experience. In this role, the lead paralegal will participate in all aspects of our immigration law practice, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case preparation, review and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- HR/admin experience
- Manage client relationships with a strong client-service attitude.
- Conduct case review, analysis, and preparation for immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.
- Participate in all aspects of the immigration practice.
- Utilize case management and billing systems
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of HR/admin experience
- Excellent case management skills
- Client-service mindset and effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
