Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Research and Industry Knowledge
    • Conduct comprehensive research to draw insights tailored to clients' brand challenges, including competitor analysis, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
    • Utilize various research methodologies, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to gather primary market data.
    • Stay updated on industry developments across advertising, digital, technology, and marketing landscapes.
    • Synthesize research findings into insightful reports and presentations, highlighting trends and opportunities relevant to clients' objectives.
    • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team, keeping colleagues informed of the latest industry trends and insights.
  • Strategy Development
    • Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Relationship Management teams to evaluate briefs and develop strategic brand diagnostics.
    • Craft brand and creative briefs that inspire innovative, objective-driven campaigns.
    • Translate research insights into compelling human narratives that inform strategic decision-making.
    • Actively participate in client workshops and immersion sessions, contributing to the development of client strategies.
    • Partner with Creative Teams to develop engaging brand narratives that resonate with target audiences.
    • Proactively identify and leverage emerging trends, technologies, and cultural phenomena to inform campaign strategies.
  • Project Management and Process Improvement
    • Effectively manage time and resources to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
    • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment with clients' needs and objectives.
    • Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp to streamline task management and reporting.
    • Champion process improvement initiatives, optimizing internal workflows for enhanced efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making, advocating for the use of consumer-driven analytics in media and marketing planning.
    • Direct strategy and research projects, ensuring deliverables address client needs and adhere to timelines and scope.
  • Organization and File Management:
    • Maintain systematic storage and organization of client files within designated Google Drive folders,
    • Ensure proper permissions are set for all files to maintain confidentiality and data security
  • Pitches and Presentations:
    • Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in research and strategy
    • Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management
    • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools
    • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Client satisfaction scores based on evaluations, focusing on strategy and campaign execution
  • Alignment of campaign results with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Accuracy and relevance of research findings in informing strategic decisions.
  • Percentage of tasks and deliverables completed on time and within scope across various projects
  • Ability to effectively manage and streamline workflows to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines
  • Feedback from cross-functional teams on collaboration effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated interest in learning new skills and attending internal or external trainings

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates passion in the pursuit of knowledge and its practical application in marketing strategy
  • Exhibits genuine curiosity about human behavior and motivations
  • Demonstrates excellent critical thinking, comprehension, and synthesis skills
  • Proficiency in marketing research methodologies and basic statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Technology, and general advertising industry knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets
  • Highly organized, particularly in utilizing digital collaboration tools such as Google Drive and Asana
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Must have a keen eye to detail
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering work on schedule
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach and being initiative
