As a Researcher Intern at FutureSight, you will collaborate closely with our research team on various projects and new research initiatives. Once you demonstrate proficiency in our research environment and methodologies, you'll have the opportunity to independently contribute to and lead research projects.
Assist in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to support various projects
Gather and analyze data from primary and secondary sources
Help design research methodologies and tools such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups
Assist in preparing research reports, presentations, and other documentation
Support the team in identifying trends, insights, and opportunities from research findings
Collaborate with different departments to ensure research aligns with project goals
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and research methodologies
Participate in team meetings and provide valuable input and feedback
Support other team members
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Sociology, Psychology, or Data Science
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in research tools and methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
Experience or coursework in research design and experimental methodologies
Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools
Experience with AI tools for workflow automation and creativity (e.g., DALL-E, OpenAI API)
Polish language knowledge
Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing analytics
Understanding of machine learning concepts
