Role Overview

The Reseller: Operations and Delivery Lead is responsible for driving internal Reseller initiatives and managing client-facing projects as part of our Value-Added Services. This role plays a critical part in maintaining Partner tier status and ensuring the seamless execution of Partner certifications, expertise, and specialisation journeys. Additionally, the role will lead the product ownership process for Reseller products, aligning with stakeholder needs and business goals. It will also provide ongoing operational support, identifying and implementing improvements to drive the department’s growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering (Reseller) and the Head of Reseller to deliver high-quality solutions that strengthen partnerships and add value to clients.

What you will be doing

Partnership & Reseller Operations:

  • Manage the overall advancement of Partner tier statuses, ensuring certifications, expertise, and specialisations are maintained and enhanced.
  • Lead the execution of reseller initiatives aligned with business goals, driving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Oversee both internal and client-facing projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Engineering) to ensure proper resourcing and smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, and scoping sessions with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and key milestones.
  • Proactively address risks and impediments, and ensure all projects adhere to set KPIs for success.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure they are informed of project progress, risks, and successes.

Product Ownership:

  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and translate product vision into actionable roadmaps.
  • Convert roadmap items into well-defined product requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritise and maintain the product backlog, managing bugs, change requests, and roadmap items.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the delivery of high-quality Reseller products.
  • Continuously align delivery priorities with evolving business needs, adapting to changes in scope and timelines.

Financial & Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for Reseller initiatives and projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide support to Reseller leadership with forecasting, resource allocation, and financial oversight to maintain the financial health of the department.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimise resource utilisation and financial performance.

Automation & Process Improvement:

  • Lead efforts to integrate automation and software-driven solutions within the Reseller department, improving operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Reseller and Head of Engineering to identify areas for operational improvements, including streamlined reporting and workflow enhancements.
  • Drive the implementation of technology solutions that support the strategic goals of the department and deliver tangible improvements.

What you must have

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or similar roles within partnerships or reseller environments.
  • Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of reseller ecosystems and partner tier structures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience implementing automation and software solutions to improve processes.
  • Solid experience in product ownership, managing product backlogs, and delivering client-facing products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CSPO, Agile certifications).
  • Experience in IT service delivery or cloud-native environments.
