What you will do:
- Support the sale of a full array of Residential Building Products from the industry's leading manufacturers
- Work with Beacon’s Engineering Team to maintain the highest level of service in the industry
- Create Residential Takeoffs using a specialized design software
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers as well as Beacon’s sales team
- Partner with branch operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Become proficient with sales and productivity tools
- Continue to develop skills and expand product knowledge and design skills
What you will bring:
- Ability to work with a highly skilled team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience/knowledge of Residential Building Products and their application a plus
- Ability to read/interpret Plans and Specification for Residential Construction a plus
- Familiarity with construction, building materials, or wholesale distribution a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
- A desire to find creative solutions in a dynamic, changing environment
- Mechanical/technical interest
- Drive to build and maintain positive relationships
- Strong analytical ability, organization skills, and a high comfort level with technology
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
