We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Operations team in a temporary part-time capacity, supporting our Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams. As part of the Process Automation & Excellence team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, report to the Senior Manager of Process Automation & Excellence, and play a critical role in managing business requests through our centralized intake process.

This role is for a three-month assignment, working 29 hours per week.

What You Will Do:

  • Support "Run the Business" RevOps initiatives across Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams
    • Manage, review, and support intake requests in JIRA for both teams
    • Assist in gathering and validating requirements for ongoing business initiatives
    • Lead UAT and/or BAT testing
    • Create and update enablement material and documentation for releases, ensuring alignment with sales processes

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or project management roles, ideally within sales environments
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA
  • SCRUM certification preferred, but not required
  • Salesforce administration experience is a plus, especially in sales-related projects
  • Ability to apply professional expertise and company policies to resolve a variety of issues impacting sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and adapt processes as needed to support both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams
  • Experience working on diverse challenges where creative solutions are required
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams and build strong relationships across the organization.

This is a temporary, part-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the optimization of sales processes while gaining valuable experience in revenue operations and process automation.

Compensation for this role is $46.50 per hour.
