POSITION SUMMARY:
The Revenue Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and fostering collaboration across the sales organization. This position focuses on optimizing sales processes, enhancing alignment between departments to maximize revenue capture opportunities. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Revenue Operations Manager will manage data analysis, pipeline oversight, and the implementation of tools to elevate sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales cycle and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows, improving lead quality, sales velocity, close rates, and conversion rates.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze key sales metrics, monitor pipeline health, and track revenue trends, offering actionable insights and recommendations to the sales leadership.
- CRM & Sales Tools Management: Manage and optimize CRM systems and sales tools, ensuring data accuracy, user adoption, and overall system effectiveness.
- Revenue Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales team to produce accurate revenue forecasts and ensure the integrity of sales data.
- KPI Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, pipeline velocity, and individual sales rep performance.
- Commissions: Calculate quarterly commissions and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Provide analytical support for commission structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Data Analytics tools (PowerBI, SQL, etc.), and sales automation platforms.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with revenue forecasting, pipeline management, sales compensation plans, and data analysis.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
