About the Role: As a Client Services Ops Manager at Neo4j, you will play a pivotal role in driving our accelerated growth and fostering strong collaborations across Renewals, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other key departments. Your contributions will be instrumental in implementing effective revenue growth strategies on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will contribute to Neo4j's accelerated growth and will ensure strong collaboration between Renewals, Customer Success, Technical Services and other teams, to help implement revenue growth strategies
- Take charge of renewing SaaS licenses, a key aspect of our revenue strategy. Your expertise will ensure timely and effective renewal processes, contributing directly to our bottom line.
- Lead the development and optimization of sales operations processes, focusing on efficiency and scalability. Your hands-on approach will be critical in refining our sales strategies and operations to support customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- The role will require cross-functional partnership to provide insightful reports / metrics, and scalable processes, strategies and tactics to enable us to grow and capture market share across the world
- Participate actively in operational planning related to customer acquisition, expansion, and retention, aligning with our revenue and efficiency objectives.
- Ensure high standards of quality and consistency in planning, forecasting, and other initiatives led by Customer Services Operations.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in services operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data, coupled with excellent business acumen.
- Hands-on experience with sales and operational processes, demonstrating a capacity to drive efficiency and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong familiarity with SaaS selling motions, particularly in the context of license and subscription renewals.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying crucial insights clearly across all levels of the Sales and Customer Success Organization.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a dynamic setting.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing scalable processes and procedures.
- Collaborative team player, adept at partnering with leadership and working closely with frontline staff.
- Outstanding communication skills, both upwards and downwards in the organizational hierarchy.
- Proficient in working with and enhancing major revenue systems, particularly CRM.
- High level of organizational skill with a drive for continuous improvement and impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent problem-solving skills with the ability to propose and implement solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
